  • This RQF Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment is delivered in full compliance with the regulated requirements and guidance set by the construction industry working group and the Standards Setting Body, CITB.

  • This qualification plays a vital role in preparing candidates for safe and effective participation in the construction sector. As such, it is essential that its delivery reflects the standards and expectations agreed upon by industry stakeholders.

  • Despite some providers stating this can be completed in one day, the total duration of the qualification is 29 hours, comprising: • 21 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) – defined by Ofqual as time spent being taught or instructed by a qualified individual under direct supervision.

  • 8 hours of additional personal learning time. • Guided Learning Hours must not be reduced through APL (Accreditation of Prior Learning) or RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning).

  • It is mandatory to have a current in date HS&E test record that is no older that 2 Years.

  • Prior to registration full payment must be made and cleared,

  • Prior to starting this qualification an invoice will be raised for £234.00 inc VAT where applicable, this will book a position for the next group.

  • On completion of this qualification and following full payment of this service you will receive:

This Qualification can be completed within 4 - 6 Weeks using an Online Portfolio without any classroom work.

Pathway 2 ​​Cost inclusive of VAT & CSCS Card £655.00 

  • Unit 1: Conforming to general health, safety and welfare in the workplace

  • Unit 2: Conforming to productive working practices in the workplace

  • Unit 3: Installing, maintaining and removing work area protection and safety equipment in the workplace

  • Unit 4: Laying preformed kerbs and channels in the workplace

  • Unit 5: Preparing and operating powered units, tools or pedestrian plant, machinery or equipment in the workplace

  • Unit 6: Setting out secondary dimensional work control in the workplace

 

 

This Qualification can be completed within 4 - 6 Weeks using an Online Portfolio without any classroom work.
