Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Construction and Civil Engineering Operations (Construction)
Pathway 7: General Construction,
The Total Qualification Time is 321 hours, (7-8 weeks) to achieve this qualification whilst undertaking your normal everyday work tasks, also with the aid of the easy to use online Portfolio, Spending assessment time in your workplace on site, and without having to take time off work sitting in a Classroom.
The Assessor who gets assigned to this qualification will help and guide you through the Assessment process from start to finish,
Who will also work with you to follow the Assessment Plans and answer any questions you may have with regards to what workplace evidence to collect, Progress reports are always available to show how well you are doing in working within your timescales and qualification times,
All units shown below are also for upgrades for CSCS Green Labourer Card holders, or for those who have not completed any Level 2 Construction NVQ.
To achieve this Full qualification all mandatory units must be achieved, plus any optional units if shown

Unit 1: Conforming to general health, safety and welfare in the workplace (Mandatory Unit)

Unit 2: Conforming to productive working practices in the workplace (Mandatory unit)

Unit 3: Installing, maintaining and removing work area protection and safety equipment in the workplace (Mandatory Unit)

Unit 4: Placing and finishing concrete in the workplace(Optional Unit) 1 required

Unit 5: Installing drainage in the workplace (Optional Unit) 1 required

There will be 3 payments spread over the Assessment stages as shown below:

Stage 1.

Awarding Body Registration fee for this Qualification is £70.00 No VAT

e-portfolio set up and starter pack with the user name and qualification: £36.00 including VAT

Assessment plan and Induction to the Assessment for user to proceed with the Qualification: £127.00 including VAT

Total set up and Assessment Induction cost & Deposit of: £233.00 payable in advance by an invoice raised & paid by Bank Transfer the preferred and quickest method to clear.

Stage 2

Prior to marking the Job Knowledge Questions an invoice will be raised for £233.00 including VAT which must be paid and cleared before the answers are marked and scored

Stage 3

Prior to completion of the Assessment as directed by your Assessor a final invoice will be raised for £233.00

Following full payment of the invoice the Assessment will be completed and forwarded to the Verification team for Certification approval, upon completion and sign off you will receive:

Full NVQ Certificate of achievement with completed units, 5 Year CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card providing the HS&E test is current within the last 2 years.

Total all in cost VAT inclusive, Full NVQ Certificate: £699.00

This Qualification is available to start with immediate effect.
