Terms and Conditions of Service Supply.

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Conditions”) form the whole of our ‘Agreement’ with whoever it applies to.

 

  1. In these Conditions ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean that Construction Card Manager Ltd is also known as CCM Ltd.

 

  1. The term ‘you’ means the individual or organisation that CCM Ltd are supplying a service to, Product, or advice under these Conditions.

 

  1. ‘Booking’ means a request from you to CCM Ltd to supply our services as required and in your expected capacity, as part of the Assessment process you will be required to supply proof of ID, the most acceptable method is your driving licence, this information will be used in providing CCM Ltd your correct details to prevent misspelled names etc on registration and certificate, all information is stored securely and in line with GDPR.

Supply of any service: or whatever the booking outlines or described must be paid for in advance, by either proforma invoice that has been requested or raised by CCM Ltd for that service, a Secure online payment option is available on all services as listed by the advertised item, All service payments are made through the secure payment system,  another option is by invoicing with payment through bank transfer, we do not store your card details when payment has been made through the CCM Ltd website payment platform.

All initial or deposit payments are none refundable at any time following the registration confirmation or card processing and delivery of goods, as with all CCM Ltd services a deposit it required to cover the initial costs of: Registration, e-portfolio and processing fees, the remaining Assessment balance will be requested prior to claiming any certification, as with any level of NVQ the specific time scale for delivery must be under 24 months to remain valid following the Awarding Bodies timescales, the Assessor will advise this at the beginning of the assessment process during the induction process, CCM Ltd will not be held accountable to any slow activity likely to cause concern with timescales.

Completed services that enable to issue of any Certification of Achievement, the issue of any card from the accredited card schemes that CCM Ltd have supplied to the customer.

Data Protection is a CCM Ltd priority whereby ICO registration is current and available for viewing if required, we do not disclose your details to any one unless you have given us your written consent, if by law we are requested we will ensure full compliance throughout.

Your statutory rights under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, allows you a period of fourteen days after receipt of invoice, to make a written request for cancellation must be made by email, please note that telephone cancellations are not an acceptable method of cancelation. if 14 days have elapsed we will not accept any refund request for any reason, therefore all invoiced values together with any additional charges for administration will be added. any approved refunds will be processed within 21 working days upon receipt of the written cancellation, any registration fees with the Awarding Organisation cannot be refunded and must remain with the organisation who generated the registration.
